Job Description - Finance Manager.

Location : Gurgaon (Onsite).
Timings : 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
About Us:
- Adsparkx is a performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate marketing and media buying across international markets.
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth strategies.
- Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendor transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or IT industry will be an added advantage.
