Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead and manage SaaS development projects.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage SaaS development projects with end-to-end ownership from planning to deployment.

- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies (e.g., scope creep, resource constraints).

- Track and monitor key SaaS metrics such as release velocity and defect density to drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 4+ years of experience managing SaaS development projects.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

- Technical literacy with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Tools & Tech Stack:

- Project Management Tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Linear.

- Collaboration Tools: Confluence, Slack, MS Teams.

- Roadmapping Tools: Aha!, Productboard (good to have).

- Diagramming Tools: Miro, Lucidchart.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
