Job Summary
- Business Development: Proactively drive sales and generate new business through methods like cold calling. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
- Sales Growth & Strategy: Plan and achieve sales growth for your assigned region, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. You will be responsible for generating revenue from both SMB (Small and Medium Business) and Enterprise accounts.
- Account Management: Focus on growing and developing existing clients, ensuring month-on-month growth within your assigned categories.
- Reporting & Analysis: Ensure the proper updating and maintenance of various reporting formats. You will be responsible for tracking your progress and providing accurate data to management.
- Team Building: Keep an eye out for talented resources to help build and expand the sales team in the future.
Required Skills & Qualifications
