Open to work on Adobe contract.  Position Summary  Objective: Individual contributor would be responsible for sourcing, screening and candidate management up to on boarding to deliver on assigned requisitions within specified SLA.  Responsibilities  - Independently handles recruitment for the SBU with specific number target.  - Manage end to end staffing from sourcing to onboarding including updating the candidate status in TALEO except for Test coordination and offer letter preparation  - Deliver Quarter-on-Quarter (resulting in annualized) pre-determined lateral staffing nos. meeting pre-determined productivity levels.  - Develop and review with supervisor the sourcing plan to attract applicants and to fill specific openings.  - Partnering with Internal Sourcing Team (TS) in order to identify matching profiles through various sources.  - Effective management of TALEO to assign requirements, clear the candidates assigned to the requirement and track requirements / candidate status to closure.  - Understand the job requirements and screen / interview the shortlisted candidates (who have cleared the test before they are forwarded to Hiring manager to maintain high level of Interview to offer ratio)  - Co-ordination with technical teams and TCs, schedule the Technical interviews.  - Follow up with the panel to manage candidate feedback / selection, meet and close the loop with candidates by making the offer to candidates.  - Follow up and collect all necessary documents for BGV and handover the document to Talent Coordinators to release the offers  - Candidate Connect - Keep them warm through constant communication, resolve their queries and ensure minimum dropouts. If they require further clarifications involve hiring managers or senior management.  - Ensure proper HR screening as per set parameters for all relevant profiles with HR assessment sheet duly filled in. Capture current candidate salary details and compensation expectations.  - Initiate and closure of offer negotiation based on predefined salary matrix and approval grid as specified by the organization.  - Collection of all offer and BGV documents as per predefined mandatory checklist and submission of the same to Talent Coordinator (BGV and Offer SPOC) and update the status in TALEO.  - After selection, release the offer within 3 days for local candidates and 5 days for outstation candidates  - Adhere 100% to all SOPs - 1.Duplicity check process completed prior to offer. 2. Source details are accurate in the first place and no changes are required at a later stage. 3. 100% updating of application status on TALEO for all resumes at all interview stages (Sourced within and outside TALEO)  - 100% adherence to all policies and procedures while communicating with internal (Operational / Line / Managers / Team) as well an external clients (Vendors / Candidates)  - Work actively on backups in case of offer drops on critical positions  - Ensure 0% deviation from salary band and 100% adherence on salary approval matrix for all offers across levels  - Ensure timely updation of all details in TALEO for adequate report generation  - Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with functional / proprietary skills and market trends  - Update the status in shared folder for offered candidates in terms of date of joining in order for the other stakeholders to make the necessary arrangements in terms of laptop, desk, phone etc.  - Change the status in Taleo at every stage till the candidate is on-boarded  - Ability to manage multiple clients at multiple remote locations  - Clear understanding on how to prospect and convert interest  - Actively mine for candidates via referrals, resume database and other active and inactive candidate pools;  - Proactively research and investigate new / creative sourcing ideas  - Provide reporting mechanism to clients to illustrate robust pipeline
