The challenge :&nbsp; The Compensation and Benefits team at Adobe is responsible for the management of the company's Total Rewards programs for India. The individual should have prior experience managing Total Rewards within the region along with strong knowledge of plan administration and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical benefits and compensation knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders &amp; Leaders within Global Employee Experience Organization &amp; Business Functions. The individual must have the ability to think critically and work effectively in a matrix organization. Education and Experience :&nbsp; Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a Master's Degree Accountability :&nbsp; - Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems. - Provides guidance, advice, analysis and training of Employee Experience team in connection with Compensation and Benefits policies. - Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs for the region/country - Helps to plan and develop benefits programs, typically evaluates cost and competitiveness and effective of the programs - Provides consulting and business partnering with leaders in achieving company objectives while providing the right benefits for Employees - Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results. - Provides guidance, advice, training to Employee Experience, Leaders and Employees on Benefit Plan, Administration and operations - Participate and review benefits surveys to determine company's competitive position - Ensures company compliance with applicable Legal and Government regulations associated with Benefits Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Developing, modifying and executing all compensation and benefits programs and policies that affect immediate operations - Makes decisions on changes in salaries or salary grades that deviate from policy or job structure - Usually acts as liaison between Global Benefits and Wellness, Employee Experience, Legal, GWS, GSS and outside service providers - Provides regular support for multiple client groups, ensures proper interpretation and application of compensation and benefit policies - Handles Benefits and Wellness queries from Employees - Manages Key Benefit and Wellness Events - Responsible for relationships with multiple Benefits and Wellness Vendors that are larger in size - May make some Final Decision(s) on administrative or operational matters and employee escalations
