The admin Manager shall be in charge of the entire administration of the premises and the areas he is looking after like the Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Security, Garden, Drivers, vehicles, and overall cleanliness in the hospital and its beliefs, etc. - He will be responsible for administration and discipline in these respective areas. - Insurance -List of insurances-renewal dates/cost reduction/claims ratio etc - Admin shall be responsible for tracking the insurance claims. However, it should be the responsibility of the concerned department to submit the documents to the insurance company on time along with an intimation to the Admin, for example, if any bio-medical equipment/engineering item gets damaged, the admin is not being informed on the incidence or they are not kept on the loop.
