Job Description:
A Head of Civil / Construction directs end-to-end project execution, manages technical and site teams, and ensures high-rise residential or commercial developments are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete project lifecycles from land development, planning, and design coordination to structural execution and final handover.
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation while driving value engineering.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, statutory approvals, environmental regulations, and safety norms.
- Build, mentor, and oversee high-performing project management, site execution, and quality control (QA/QC) teams.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, contractors, structural consultants, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams.
