Product Development & Management - Develop new product ideas which are strategic in nature and can provide additional advantage with its unique positioning. - Conducting primary research on the initial thesis to derive feasibility of the idea and post launch effectiveness. - On boarding of all stakeholders by presenting the idea/concept after initial rounds of discussion to prepare for test launch. - Creating end to end material in the form of presentation, product note, SMS, Concall on pan India basis to enable successful launch. - For existing products, find out ways and means to enhance the life cycle and the profitability of the same, and make the expected changeovers. - Explore and test technology led platforms for product advisory and recommendation - Stay updated on industry initiatives and focus on designing Value Added Services which create strong investment propositions in existing products. Initiatives & Teamwork - Come up with new initiatives & ideas that help generate additional business and help the team achieve its overall target. These initiatives could be pertaining to: - New Product Development & management of existing products through change in product features / packaging / positioning - Liaison effectively with other functions like Marketing, Digital to enhance the promote the product communication creatively. - Informative tools to empower the sales teams including Product communication & information packs - Engage with Third party research agencies & influencers, develop and maintain relations and try to get maximum coverage under their brand - Any other initiative to help the overall business to grow. - Execution of the entire Dividend Calendar for the AMC Product Communication - Track & study competition communication material & focus products regularly. - Ability to use various softwares and tools like Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Mutual Fund Explorer. Ability to use Advanced Excel & Macros, Python etc would be an edge - Driving sharp, simple and crisp communication pieces on products to suit the needs of various customer segments/stakeholders. - Working with 3rd party vendors to generate performance & other analytics reports on a fixed periodicity as well as on ad hoc basis. Various data sources like Bloomberg, Capitaline to be tapped for constant research on behalf of the Product Function. The information has to be streamlined from all input sources to achieve timely completion of reports.
