Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail - Lead - Merger & Aquisition

The candidate will be part of the M&A and Investments team that sources, acquires, and
integrates D2C and consumer brands in India.

Ideal Candidate

- CA or CA + MBA Finance credentials

- 6-8 years of experience working in consulting firms with experience in due diligence and
advisory

- Candidates with M&A exposure (either in investment banking or corp dev) post their
FDD/diligence experience will be ideal

- D2C/Retail/E-commerce experience preferable

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work across cross-functional teams as well as
with portfolio companies

- Excellent analytical reasoning, critical thinking

- Skilled in basic software - Excel, PowerPoint
