We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and innovative Director of Product to lead our product management team and shape the direction of our product portfolio. The Director of Product will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive product development, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: - Lead the product management team and ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives. - Develop and execute the product strategy for new and existing products, ensuring they meet market needs and business goals. - Act as the voice of the customer and understand customer pain points to inform product development. - Drive product innovation by staying on top of industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies. Product Development: - Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis. - Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met. - Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and data-driven insights. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. - Provide clear communication regarding product goals, timelines, and requirements to internal stakeholders. - Foster strong relationships with key external partners and customers to gather insights and feedback. Team Development: - Manage and mentor a team of product managers, helping to grow their skills and career paths. - Build a collaborative, data-driven, and customer-centric culture within the product management team. Budget & Resource Management: - Oversee the product development budget and allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: - 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience launching successful products, with a strong track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes. Skills: - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends, user data, and competitive landscapes to make informed product decisions. - Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on vision. - Strong business acumen and experience working closely with senior management teams. - Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
