Key Responsibilities:

1. Analytics Strategy, Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment:

- Define and execute the analytics and data science roadmap aligned with TMRW's growth objectives

- Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers

- Establish a strong data-driven culture across business functions

- Partner closely with brand founders, brand heads, and cross-functional business teams to align on priorities and solve complex business problems using data and advanced analytics

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by translating business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights

2. Customer & Growth Analytics:

- Drive customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifetime value (LTV) modeling

- Lead personalization and recommendation engine initiatives

- Optimize marketing spend through attribution modeling and ROI analysis

- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement

3. Business & Product Analytics:

- Partner with product and business teams to define key metrics and success frameworks

- Build dashboards and self-serve analytics tools for stakeholders

- Generate actionable insights to improve conversion, funnel efficiency, and user experience

4. Advanced Data Science & AI:

- Develop and deploy predictive models (churn, demand forecasting, pricing optimization)

- Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference)

- Explore and implement AI/ML use cases across supply chain, merchandising, and marketing

5. Supply Chain & Operations Analytics:

- Optimize inventory planning, replenishment, and warehouse utilization

- Improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce operational costs

- Enable data-driven decision-making in logistics and last-mile delivery

6. Data Infrastructure & Governance:

- Work closely with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and architecture

- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance

- Drive adoption of modern data tools and platforms

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in analytics/data science, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles

- Strong background in e-commerce, D2C, retail, or consumer tech preferred

Expertise in:

- SQL, Python/R

- Machine Learning & statistical modeling

- Experimentation & causal inference

- BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through analytics

- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leadership

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

- Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders (including founders and business heads) toward data-driven decision-making

- Bias for action and ownership mindset

- Data becomes a core decision-making driver across TMRW

- Strong alignment across brand founders, brand heads, and central teams on data-led problem solving

- Measurable improvement in key metrics: GMV, conversion, retention, and contribution margin

- Scalable data science solutions embedded into business workflows
