1. Manpower Availability & Source Mix

- Work closely with ABC business units' HR teams to ensure 100% adherence to manpower budget vs. actuals.

- Optimize hiring source mix in line with the agreed source grid.

2. Quality of Hire

- Adhere to the Infant Attrition grid to ensure new hires sustain beyond the early attrition period.

- Drive diversity hiring to achieve the agreed % of overall headcount budget.

3. Offer TAT (Hygiene)

- Ensure strict adherence to turnaround times (TAT) from sourcing to offer release and onboarding.

- Monitor and report delays to ensure accountability.

4. HR Compliance (Process Adherence)

- Ensure effective documentation of all personnel records such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner, in collaboration with HRBPs.

- Adhere to TAT (Turnaround Time) and FTR (First Time Right) standards for all recruitment processes.

5. Core TA Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into recruitment strategies.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

- Drive employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required.

- Track and publish hiring dashboards, metrics, and MIS to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.

- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, social media).

- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor metrics (budget vs. actual, source mix, attrition, TAT).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eye for process detail with a compliance mindset.

- Ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality.
