About the Role :

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is looking for dynamic wealth management professionals to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth within the HNI and Corporate Treasury Services segment. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with affluent clients, corporates, financial institutions, and investment specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Acquire and manage HNI, Corporate, and Institutional clients.

- Drive client retention, portfolio deepening, and revenue growth.

- Provide market insights and investment solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with research and product teams to enhance client engagement.

- Achieve sales, AUM, and fee income targets.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

- Build strong referral networks and expand market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Treasury Sales, or HNI Relationship Management.

- Strong network in the local HNI and corporate ecosystem.

- Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset allocation.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- High level of customer orientation and target-driven approach.
