Job Purpose:
To drive the growth of Aditya Birla Money's institutional business by acquiring new Institutional clients through enplanement leads, converting these opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships. The role ensures seamless onboarding, delivers exceptional client service and nurtures strong, lasting relationships with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Institutional Clients enplanement - Drive new client enplanement by identifying, acquiring and converting institutional prospects into long-term partnerships. Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients to enhance engagement & retention.
2. Existing Institutional Client relationship - Maintain and deepen long-term partnerships with existing institutional clients by understanding their investment objectives and evolving needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any support and service requirements, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address gaps to enhance client retention. Conduct regular reviews and meetings with key clients to strengthen engagement and build trust.
3. To reactivate dormant Institutions - To engage and revive inactive/dormant Institutions with order flow/brokerage. To continuously interact with the institutions with Research reports, new ideas and offerings.
