Aditya Birla Capital - Manager - Collection Strategy

Description :

- Develop & drive risk-based collection strategies for early, mid and late buckets across products (PL Business Loans, Small Business Loans, Digital) across verticals - Front-end, Flows and Recoveries.

- Define and review flows/queues for tele-calling, field, legal, skip tracing, agency allocations etc.

- Implement differentiated strategies for high-risk groups and high overdue value customers.

- Design incentive structures and contests compliant with policy.

- Monitor efficiencies in line with ECL and budgeted product flows and share insights with the strategy head, NCMs and regional teams to improve collection efficiencies

- Standardize collection SOPs, working in tandem with Process Control Unit to bring in efficiencies in collections.

- Build dashboards for recovery trends and portfolio health and work in tandem with the Process Control Unit and Analytics Unit.

- Prepare strategies using bureau data and other alternative data to improve collection efficiencies.

- Work with the automation team on tech/system enhancements.
