Role Overview:
- We are looking to hire a results-driven SEM Manager / Campaign Specialist for our Chennai location with strong expertise in paid search and paid social advertising.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while continuously improving ROI and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with lead generation goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and targeting optimizations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, and tech) to ensure campaign alignment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in SEM and digital advertising.
- Specialize in Google Ads and Social Ads for performance-driven lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEM / Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven experience driving lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads reports, etc.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Agency experience (preferred).
- Experience working on multiple accounts or high-volume campaigns.
- Google Ads certifications (a plus).
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
