Role Summary:
An experienced digital and social media professional with a sharp understanding of news cycles, emerging trends, and audience behavior. Combines strong storytelling instincts with analytical depth and disciplined project management to deliver high-impact digital communication aligned with diverse client priorities across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital strategies and content plans aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and campaign goals.
- Create and oversee high-quality digital content across platforms (social media, websites, blogs, emailers), translating complex information into clear, credible narratives.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns including messaging, content formats, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
- Lead social media management and community engagement across accounts, ensuring reputation management, timely responses, and adherence to brand and platform standards.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions), providing strategic recommendations to optimise results.
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflows, approvals, and timely delivery.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong digital storytelling, writing, and editorial judgement with high attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Keen interest in news, policy, culture, and digital trends; well-read, well-informed, and proactive in identifying emerging narratives and platform shifts.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to operate confidently in high- expectation environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in digital communications, preferably within an agency or multi- brand environment.
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, social media management platforms, and basic design/ project management tools is preferred.
