Senior Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for various real estate properties (residential, commercial, etc.).
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand AddressOfChoice Realty's market presence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
Team Management & Mentorship:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team development.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to sales processes, ethical practices, and company policies.
Client Relationship Management & Business Development:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for critical clients, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and client retention efforts through various channels.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Establish clear sales objectives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Implement effective sales processes and CRM utilization to track progress and optimize efficiency.
Market Expertise:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market, including property trends, regulatory changes, pricing dynamics, and investment opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional skills in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in Relationship Building and Client Management, particularly with high-value clients.
- Superior negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to effectively lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in India, including specific regions/segments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific CRM).
