Required Skills and Qualifications: - 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. - Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
