Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.
The Capability Centre at AddedEducation is a high-impact unit dedicated to enhancing students' research capabilities and academic skills as part of their global education journey. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented associate to support the Head of the Capability Centre in managing operational workflows, student communication, mentor communication and project execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has an academic/research orientation, and thrives in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations for AddedNova
- Support in hiring and onboarding Research Mentors
- Design and deliver training programs for mentors to ensure high-quality guidance for students.
- Conduct regular quality checks on the mentors' work to maintain program standards.
- Manage and coordinate operational tasks to ensure smooth running of the Capability Centre (AddedNova)
- Support scheduling and logistics for research workshops, student sessions, and team meetings.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of research resources, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Attend calls with parents and students as and when required, understand the background and concern (if any) with the client to provide solutions and ensure that client experience is positive
- Track student progress on assigned research or capability-building projects and flag issues.
- Collaborate with research mentors, draft and review communication with students regarding assignments, deadlines, and queries.
- Support in basic data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to centre performance.
- Maintain calendars, project trackers, and timelines in collaboration with the Head - Capability Centre
- Assist in quality control of student outputs (e.g., research summaries, project drafts).
- Ensure that Research Mentors are following the required processes
- Mentor students directly providing academic and research guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD background
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, academic support, or student services preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Excel, project management platforms (Notion, Trello, or similar).
