Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.
Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.
This role is responsible for supporting the business to generate revenue. Success in this role means that all content marketing initiatives result in business growth. The purpose of this role is to leverage content marketing to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Through Content:
- Develop SEO/ GEO -driven content, lead magnets, guides, whitepapers, and landing pages that convert to sales.
- Creating Lead Nurture Sequences for individual advertising campaigns that move prospects through the funnelfrom awareness to consultation.
- Collaborate with performance marketing to ensure content feeds paid and organic acquisition channels.
Content Strategy & Content Management:
- Build and execute a content strategy that supports business growth, brand positioning, and student/parent engagement using narratives about student journeys creating success stories, video scripts, case studies, and testimonials that emphasize measurable results and driving this across website, social, email, and presentations.
- Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align content priorities with business goals.
Brand & Thought Leadership:
- Lead, build and manage content for community engagement across all platforms.
- Produce high-quality pieces that reinforce AddedEducation as a leader in the international education space.
- Support the Founder and senior leaders with ghostwriting, speeches, op-eds, podcasts, and event content.
- Amplify subject-matter expertise from AddedNova, Capability Centre, and Athlete Advantage.
Content & Product Support:
- Develop content to support product teams across different product initiatives.
- Create decks, program materials, brochures, explainer sheets, and internal communication assets.
- Package insights from AddedNova and the Capability Centre into user-friendly formats (reports, summaries, infographics).
Project Management:
- Own timelines, content pipelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage documentation, approvals, and version control across all teams.
- Track content performance metrics and present insights for improvement.
Spotlight on Key Divisions:
This role involves direct content ownership for:
- Founders Circle (elite tier) high-touch storytelling, exclusivity-driven narratives, parent communication.
- AddedNova (research division) research interpretation, publications, academic storytelling.
- Athlete Advantage athlete profiles, sports admissions insights, program outcomes.
