Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will own an end-to-end performance marketing strategy, manage large ad budgets, optimize ROI, and drive high-quality leads and enrolments for online education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display, and other performance channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and enrolments with strict CPA and ROI targets
- Manage large monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend and continuous performance improvement
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Work closely with creative, content, tech, and sales teams to improve funnel conversion and lead quality
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, especially in the education and admissions domain
- Set up and manage tracking, pixels, conversions, GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Mentor and guide junior performance marketers and agency partners
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
- Prior experience in EdTech, lead generation, or high-volume performance campaigns preferred
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining or reducing CPA
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good to Have
- Experience working with CRM tools (Meritto, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy
- Experience managing affiliate or partner-driven campaigns
