Job Summary:

We are seeking an Instructional Designer Manager with a strong focus on Instructor-Led Training (ILT) content development. The ideal candidate will create and enhance training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, participant manuals, quizzes, and assessments. While the primary focus is on ILT content, the role will also involve some video-based storyboarding for recorded sessions. Expertise in PPT design is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) content, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant manuals, and handouts.

- Develop quizzes, assessments, and interactive learning activities to reinforce key concepts.

- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to structure and format content for effective knowledge transfer.

- Enhance PowerPoint presentations with engaging visuals, animations, and layouts to improve learner experience.

- Assist in video-based storyboarding for recorded training sessions when required.

- Ensure instructional materials align with adult learning principles and best practices in training design.

- Edit and proofread training content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

- Organize and maintain a repository of training materials, ensuring easy access and updates.

Required Qualifications:

- 4 to 9 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or content creation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced design skills required).

- Experience developing ILT materials such as facilitator guides, manuals, and quizzes.

- Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.).

- Basic understanding of video storyboarding and script development.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and other stakeholders.

- Must have team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with corporate training or EdTech companies.

- Expert level expertise in MS PowerPoint and Word

- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.

- Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred but not required).
