The Role:

As Head - University Partnerships & Alliances, you'll lead strategic collaborations with universities across India and abroad. You'll forge new partnerships, co-create academic programs, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver measurable learner outcomes.

You'll:

- Identify and onboard top universities for online/blended degree programs.

- Build deep academic alliances & manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle.

- Work with academic, marketing & ops teams to launch impactful programs.

- Represent Adda Education at education summits and university forums.

- Lead a small high-performing partnerships team.

Ideal Profile:

- 8-15 years' experience in university partnerships / higher-ed alliances / edtech BD.

- Deep network in the higher-education ecosystem (UGC, AICTE, ODL).

- Strong negotiation, relationship, and leadership skills.

- Passionate about bridging academia and employability.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, outcome-driven, high ownership.
