- Strategic HR Leadership: Drive long-term HR vision aligned with business and impact goals; be a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team.

- Culture Building: Embed and scale a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture across brands and locations.

- Talent Magnetism: Build world-class hiring systems that attract and retain top talent from across India - from metros to tier-3 towns.

- Learning & Development: Design continuous learning programs that create not just employees, but future leaders.

- Performance & Engagement: Lead performance management with empathy and precision; build systems that enable people to thrive, not just survive.

- People Analytics: Use data to measure engagement, retention, and culture health; make decisions backed by both head and heart.

- Employer Branding: Position Adda Education as a top employer for impact-driven professionals.

Who You Are

- A seasoned HR leader with 10+ years of experience, ideally across both high-growth startups and structured organizations.

- Have led HR in scale-up environments and know how to blend structure with speed.

- Deeply passionate about education, social impact, or nation-building.

- Known for being empathetic, strategic, and action-oriented - all at once.

- A natural storyteller and culture carrier, who leads by example.

- Experience in managing large teams across locations is a strong plus.
