Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the full placement lifecycle for learners in tech certification programs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR teams, talent acquisition professionals, and staffing partners like Randstad

- Lead the implementation of strategic placement initiatives including the hiring deploy model

- Report directly to the Chief Business Officer and serve as the single point of accountability for placement success

- Build, lead, and scale the Career Services team, including Account Managers and Placement Operations

- Design and execute placement-readiness interventions (mock interviews, skills alignment, mentoring)

- Create structured processes for student-job matching, employer feedback, and placement reporting

- Ensure job roles offered to learners are aligned with the course curriculum and market demands

Key Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in placement services, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably in edtech or tech staffing

- Strong corporate network in the tech recruitment ecosystem

- Proven experience building employer partnerships and sourcing job opportunities at scale

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Based in Bangalore, with flexibility to travel if required
