We are hiring a Growth Manager who will own our new product end-to-end-to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and subscription revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Acquisition & Paid Campaign Management:
- Own and execute performance marketing across Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, Affiliates, OEM, ASA (if relevant).
- Plan, launch, monitor, and scale campaigns to drive high-quality installs with strong intent.
- Deep optimisation for CAC, CPR, CPA, ROAS, and subscription revenue.
2. Full-Funnel Growth & Conversion:
- Build and optimise the user journey from Install → Signup → Trial/First-Day Users → Paid Subscribers.
- Work closely with product, content, and data teams to improve A/B experiments on landing pages, creatives, onboarding flows, and pricing tests.
- Improve funnel conversion using data insights and behavioural understanding.
3. Subscription Growth & Revenue:
- Drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and LTV through performance levers.
- Understand retention cohorts, paywall performance, and subscription drop-offs.
- Collaborate with CRM/CX teams to improve Day 1, Day 7, Week 4, Week 30 engagements.
4. Creative & Content Collaboration:
- Work with design and video teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Run structured experimentation: hooks, formats, messaging, thumbnails.
Who Should Apply (Mandatory Requirements):
- 3- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for app-based, subscription-led, product-led B2C companies.
- Proven experience managing minimum ₹20–50L monthly budgets or higher across Meta + Google.
- Strong track record of delivering CAC reduction, ROAS improvements, and subscription growth.
- Deep understanding of growth funnels, LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to run experiments across creatives, product journeys, and pricing.
- Strong analytical, execution, and ownership mindset.
- Agency experience only if it includes hands-on execution for subscription apps (not just top-of-funnel branding clients).
Good to Have:
- Experience with English learning, skilling, edtech, or communication apps.
- Experience with running large-scale YouTube / influencer / content-led acquisition.
- Understanding of product-led growth and behavioural UX.
