The Role: Chief Product Officer (CPO):

We are looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer to spearhead the product strategy, design, and execution across all our brands. This is not just a leadership role-it is an opportunity to reimagine education for the next billion learners.

As CPO, you will drive innovation at the intersection of education, AI, and technology, ensuring our products not only solve real problems but also inspire confidence and empowerment for learners across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a bold product vision aligned with Adda Education's mission of impact-led learning.

- AI-First Innovation: Lead the creation of AI/GenAI-native products that personalize learning, automate workflows, and redefine employability.

- Product Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class product and design team; foster a culture of innovation, empathy, and rapid execution.

- Tech Depth: Partner with engineering leadership; bring strong technical grounding (coding experience required) to ensure product feasibility and excellence.

- Customer Impact: Stay close to learners, educators, and employers to build solutions that create measurable career outcomes.

- Growth & Scale: Drive adoption, retention, and monetization across our product ecosystem while ensuring best-in-class user experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 12+ years in product leadership with proven success in scaling digital platforms, ideally in EdTech, Consumer Tech, or AI-first companies.

- AI/GenAI Expertise: Exposure to building AI/GenAI-powered products (LLMs, personalization engines, chatbots, or intelligent learning systems).

- Technical Depth: Hands-on coding experience (past or present) to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.

- Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing product teams.

- Visionary Thinking: Passion for solving large-scale problems in education and employability for "Bharat."

- Outcome Orientation: Data-driven decision-maker with a bias for action and measurable results.
