About The Role:


We are looking for a dynamic PR & Communication Manager who can elevate our brand presence, drive powerful storytelling, and manage all internal and external communications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media, company branding, PR strategy, and full-stack creative ideationpreferably within the AdTech or Digital Advertising domain.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand, Communication & Creative Strategy


- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and communication strategy.


- Lead end-to-end ideation and execution for new product or brand launches including logo creation, website design, brand story development, messaging frameworks, taglines, headlines, and other creative deliverables.


- Build guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.


Public Relations


- Maintain strong media relationships across tech, business, and advertising publications.


- Craft press releases, media pitches, founder thought-leadership content, and editorial pieces.


- Identify PR opportunities such as awards, speaking engagements, and media features.


Social Media & Digital Presence


- Own the companys social media strategy and drive brand visibility.


- Develop content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling formats for digital platforms.


- Track KPIs and optimize for performance and engagement.


Internal Communication


- Lead internal communicationnewsletters, announcements, culture updates.


- Strengthen employer branding through consistent messaging and culture narratives.


Content, Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration


- Work closely with design, marketing, HR, sales, and leadership teams.


- Oversee video scripts, creative briefs, and branded content assets.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 3+ years in PR, Corporate Communication, social media, or Branding (AdTech preferred).


- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and brand strategy skills.


- Experience managing creator/design teams or agencies.


- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.


- Strong understanding of digital advertising and industry trends.
