
Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to fuel our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive deal-closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Pitch company offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and demos
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery/operations teams post deal closure
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Track performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and planning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take high ownership of targets
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
