Key Responsibilities

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for the successful launch of Simply Food across key Indian cities.

- Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage a robust network of distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners across General Trade, Modern Trade, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) segments.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and volume targets for the brand.

- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including large retailers, food service chains, and institutional clients.

- Team Leadership: Initially lead by example on the ground, with the responsibility of hiring, training, and managing a high-performing sales team as the brand grows.

- Market Intelligence: Be the eyes and ears of the company. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.

- Sales Operations: Oversee sales forecasting, inventory management, and reporting. Ensure seamless execution from order to delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: A mandatory minimum of 4 years of hands-on sales experience in the FMCG Food & Beverage industry in India.

- Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You have successfully launched new products or brands in the past.

- Channel Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in building and managing distribution networks for food products in India. You have existing relationships with distributors in key cities.

- Hunter Mentality: You are a self-starter who is passionate about building something from scratch. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Excellent Communicator: You possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

- Leadership Potential: You have the ability to inspire and lead a team, setting a high standard for performance and integrity.
