Adani Realty - Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy & PMO

Job Purpose:

As a part of the PMO Office team the candidate will be a professional with experience in corporate strategy, consulting or finance and responsible for driving and delivering strategy and Chairman's agenda / strategic priorities, closely working along with business CEOs and their teams.

1 Program management oversight and supporting deployment of strategic plan agreed with the Chairman and Group CFO

2 Own and drive the key strategic priorities of Adani GCC along with leading the Quarterly/Half Yearly and Annual reviews with Group Chairman and Group CFO

3 Assist the GCC Operational teams in developing the AOP while ensuring adherence to investment principle / operational assumptions and the learnings from previous achievement/issues

4 Identifying, defining and executing strategic and transformation initiatives - in line with strategy deployment and key strategic focus areas identified

5 Support the team in identifying new opportunities by leveraging external network. Independent evaluation of new business opportunities and suggest go/no-go decisions on the opportunities

6 Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to identify areas and drive operational efficiency

7 Manage monthly monitoring of BU KPIs /dashboards that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights for better decision making.

8 Lead strategic partnerships, relationships with key industry stakeholders

9 Any other special projects/initiatives in line with Chairman's or CEOs expectations and priorities that can be implemented across the group or in any portfolio business

10 Recruit and build strong team of high performing individuals that can deliver real impact
