Senior Manager - Partnership and Alliances - Develop and manage the portfolio of partnerships that enhance and complement ADL's strategy and creating differentiated value proposition for our customers. - The role will focus on partnerships in travel industry and adjacent areas, creating leading customer value proposition and ensuring maximum traction on digital assets. - The role will lead the conceptualization, development and activation of key partnerships with travel ecosystem, adjacent areas & other digital players (Airlines, B2C Platforms, OTA, mobility providers, OTTs, D2C Brands etc) - Position requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, strategic planning, and project management skills. Clear communicator with proven ability to create and drive outcomes through strong collaboration with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities at once. - Ideal candidate will be innovative and data-driven with a deep understanding of partnerships in the travel ecosystem. - Responsible for developing and building long-term, strategic and commercial relationships with partnerships to add value to the Adani Digital ecosystem. Skills Required: - Identify and build long-term strategic commercial partnerships. - Contacts and knowledge of the travel industry would be advantageous - Excellent networker with the ability to build relationships at all levels - A proactive approach to developing new business partnerships - Partner with stakeholders (e.g. marketing, pricing, product, etc.) across the organisation to identify and drive actions across the partnership portfolio - The ability to create new and high-impact relationships is essential. Desired Candidate: - Experience in alliance building in the travel sector and digital apps. - Extensive understanding of travel and broader industry trends - Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities - Excellent strategic thinking skills, as well as proficiency in identifying and evaluating partnerships. - Successful initiative delivery track record, from conceptualization to partner selection and launch. - Methodical and detail-oriented, organised and self-starter. - Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills at all levels. - Entrepreneurial spirit
