
Purpose/Objective:
The Chairman Office of the Adani Group supports the Promotors on key aspects related to strategy and new business identification/build, governance, risk management and capital allocation, strategic partner relationship management & special initiatives across group companies. In this context, we are seeking an enthusiastic, driven professional, with background in relevant industries, ideally in promoter driven organizations/consulting firms, with experience in driving analytics, decision making, corporate strategy and senior relationship management. The individual should have sound problem-solving skills and should be an excellent communicator, with an ability to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, slice through large volumes of data, drive rigor and triangulation of output & present cogent/convincing points of view (both in writing and in discussions)

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help set & refine strategic agenda for the BU
- Translate Chairman's Vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by working with senior BU stakeholders
- Ensure rigorous governance - regular review cadence, detailed insights
- Identify and implement transformative initiatives in the BU
- Help control capital allocations: Review proposed spend elements and ensure adequate evaluation and rigor
- Team building activities within Chairman's office and strengthening systems, processes & collaboration

Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institution
Experience: 8+ years
- Background of Corporate Strategy/Planning (Incl. Financial Planning)/Exposure to Executive office setup/Strategic Consulting
