Operation Manager VCM - Looking for experience talents, chemical engineering graduate, over 15yrs of experience in production/operations management, having sound experience in VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer) plant operations. - A person will be working on the project, commissioning the team to set up this plan (Greenfield project), and then they will be in charge of the production and operations tasks. - A qualified candidate with experience in VCM plant operations, will guarantee the dependability and efficiency of manufacturing processes. - Having extensive knowledge of operations, troubleshooting, and having sufficient experience running a VCM plant - Has experience managing emergencies such as toxic release, fire, and hydrocarbon release. - To ensure the safe operation of the plant, the person needs to be able to manage a team of operators, shifts operations etc - The candidate ought to be able to create SOPs and SOCs for VCM operations. - Ability to recognise and recommend improvements required for process and reliability improvements
