
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help set & refine strategic agenda for the BU
- Translate Chairman’s Vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by working with senior BU stakeholders
- Ensure rigorous governance – regular review cadence, detailed insights
- Identify and implement transformative initiatives in the BU
- Help control capital allocations: Review proposed spend elements and ensure adequate evaluation and rigor
- Team building activities within Chairman’s office and strengthening systems, processes & collaboration
Skill Set Requirement:
- Business Acumen with strong detail orientation
- Financial acumen - Understanding of financial statements, financial metrics and their application in business contexts
- Digital-first mindset
- High comfort with large data sets & ability to synthesize
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
