AD/Director - Enterprises Sales Role and Responsibilities: - We're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales with experience in SaaS organizations, to develop, lead and scale a team of individuals responsible for driving revenue and new customer acquisition for company. - Your responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. - Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. - Sales director duties will include hitting monthly targets, building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and building and growing a team. What you'll do: - Develop, execute and measure marketing strategies to increase inbounds. - Develop plans and strategies for achieving the company's sales targets manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth. - Define, hire and manage optimal sales team resources become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top salespeople want to join. - Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. - Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. - Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. - Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.. Where and when required: - Provide detailed sales forecasting, planning and reviews compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions. - Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions. - Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs. - Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. - Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships What you'll bring: - Proven track record in enterprise SaaS marketing, sales, partnerships to drive the entire SaaS sales and marketing funnel and build a great SaaS business - Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners) - Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Able to effectively articulate a unique value proposition that resonates with customer needs. - A successful track record of engagement with multiple customers and points of contact - Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start up environment - Demonstrated ability to work across at all levels of a customer or partner organization - Comfortable managing the contracts and negotiations process within various stakeholders (e.g. customer, procurement, and finance) - Able to work in ambiguous situations and be able to take charge and lead the client to the best opportunity for them - Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue with existing customer relationships a plus Why you'll love this company: - Learn and grow fast with a growing start-up which impacts millions of businesses - Work closely with the founding team and become a part of building a successful company - Openly collaborate with few of India's most talented folks, who will challenge you every day Industry competitive salary and benefits Get advance salaries every month - Employee health insurance covered by us - Flexible working hours. - Company provide an equal opportunity employer and we believe diversity is key to our success.
