Role Summary:

As a Consultant - RWD, you will take a lead role in managing and delivering real- world data analytics projects for global pharma and biotech clients. You will own key workstreams, directly engage with client stakeholders, and guide teams in designing and executing data- driven solutions to address commercial and clinical challenges.

This role is ideal for professionals with deep analytical expertise, client- facing experience, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead RWD analytics projects from scoping to delivery, driving high- quality execution and client satisfaction.

- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and design appropriate analytical approaches using real- world data (claims, EMR, etc.).

- Generate insights related to treatment patterns, patient journey, line progression, and outcomes.

- Oversee development of dashboards, data visualizations, and client- ready reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Manage project timelines, resourcing, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building in the RWD domain.

- Support proposal development, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives within the firm.

What You Will Bring:

- 5- 8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data science within the healthcare/life sciences industry.

- Demonstrated experience working with real- world data such as medical/pharmacy claims, electronic medical records, or patient registries.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical language (Python, R, or SAS).

- Solid understanding of epidemiology, observational research, or HEOR principles.

- Proven experience in leading project workstreams, managing client relationships, and delivering business impact through data.

- Educational background: MBA, MSc, or equivalent with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear and compelling narratives.

- Prior experience in project management and agile delivery frameworks is a plus.
