Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery.
- Support solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and reports.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, consulting, or relevant industries.
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
- Proficiency in SQL / Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
