Actuarial Reserving Role - General Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Perform Group Reserve Reviews and provide regional reserving support

- Develop, validate, and enhance reserving models and methodologies

- Work on Solvency II technical provisions at group and regional levels

- Conduct large loss and trend analysis, including propensity modelling

- Take ownership of project scoping, planning, and delivery

- Guide and mentor junior team members; support their training and development

- Conduct independent peer reviews in line with best actuarial practices

- Prepare clear documentation, assumptions, and stakeholder presentations

- Collaborate with actuarial teams across global locations

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Actuarial Reserving General Insurance (P&C)

- Strong expertise in actuarial reserving techniques and statistical modelling

- Hands-on experience with Excel-based actuarial models

- Exposure to Solvency II reserving is highly preferred

- Experience in reviewing work, mentoring team members, or people management

- Knowledge of ResQ will be an added advantage

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
