DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Modelling - - Coding and testing model developments and parameterisation of the Prophet models (Liability Model, Assets Model, ORSA model) - Assumption setting and model updates for the MCEV / QIS / ORSA calculations - Analyse results of models for reasonability including detailed checks for auditability - Assist in setting up the data flow processes to/from Prophet to meet modeling and Financial Reporting requirements - Assist in other projects helping to Automate processes using Prophet model as required - Keep up to date model documentation, procedures and processes on work performed. - Answer questions and provide information to audit and external reviewers including Actuarial Function Holder. Experience: - Prophet expertise is an advantage for this role. - Knowledge of Solvency II and MCEV principles. - SAS expertise is an advantage. - Experience working with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, a necessity. - Experience working with Actuarial models and knowledge of Modelling Best Practice an advantage. - Knowledge of Solvency II and MCEV principles. Skills: - English fluency is necessary for this position. - Good communication skills, team player, organised and punctual. You will be a part-qualified actuary.
