Actuarial Consultant - Life Insurance

Client is seeking an Actuarial Consultant who can join our India team. We're looking for someone who can reliably deliver on client projects and can hit the ground running from day one.

Required skills:

- Part-qualified life actuary with at least 2 years of life insurance experience in consulting or life (re)insurance roles.

- Exposure to the UK insurance market and key insurance products e.g. annuities.

- Hands on experience working on Solvency II or an equivalent solvency based regime.

- Expose to Prophet modelling with hands on experience in coding from scratch or making major changes to existing models. Able to review and debug Prophet code. Able to interpret Prophet code and replicate aspects of functionality e.g. on Excel.

- Have good practical skills in Excel with experience building Excel models and using complex formula.

- Ability to work independently to tackle challenges.

- An appetite to stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and hot topics.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with global stakeholders effectively
