Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen retailer & distributor relationships, and expand the Zivame brand presence in the assigned territory. This role requires a blend of strategic market development, sales execution, and team productivity management, ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer & Distributor Engagement:
- Meet with retailers & distributors regularly (in-person/virtual) as per the journey plan.
- Present and demonstrate Zivame products to Retailers and Fashion Advisers (FAs).
Business Development:
- Expand the retailer network and tap into new market opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and brand presence in all outlets.
Sales & Performance:
- Track category-wise sales performance and drive initiatives to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, orders, and market intelligence.
Events & Marketing:
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and territory-specific promotions.
Negotiations & Commercials:
- Negotiate margins, pricing, and commercial terms with partners to ensure profitability.
Team Management:
- Monitor and improve the productivity of Fashion Advisers in outlets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile, apparel, or fashion industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Knowledge: Familiarity with retail operations, distributor management, and trade marketing activities.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for market visits and events.
