We are looking for a Business HR Manager who can drive HR agenda for our Telangana business. This is a team-handling role, so prior experience managing a team is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage a team of 8-12 members.

- Manage the complete performance management cycle

- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and design relevant HR interventions

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce new HR initiatives to enhance employee experience

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture

- Manage and resolve employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner

- Own attrition control and design retention strategies

- Drive and manage employee survey rollouts, action planning, and closure of identified gaps

- Support Talent Acquisition with large-scale hiring and drive employee referral programs

- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance across locations
