Purpose of the Role:
To lead the strategic planning, development, and continuous optimization of ACT Fibernet's website. This role is responsible for enhancing user experience, improving organic and paid
digital performance, and driving lead generation through a well-defined product roadmap, strong SEO execution, high-impact PPC campaigns, and data-driven decision-making. By aligning website initiatives with marketing and business goals, this role plays a critical part in accelerating customer acquisition and digital growth for the company.
Details: 6-day work week from office, alternate Saturdays off and 1 day work from home in a week
Responsibilities:
1. Website Product Roadmap and Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the website product roadmap.
- Drive the development of new website features and improvements to enhance user experience and support marketing objectives.
2. SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic.
- Driving funnel - Impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, acquisitions
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Work with agency to manage technical aspects of the website, including crawling, indexing, and website architecture.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals and user needs.
3. PPC Campaigns
- Work with agency to create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, FB Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates, improve user experience and drive higher quality leads.
4. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize web analytics (GA4/others) tools to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
