We are searching for an accomplished manager to drive the technical learning strategy for tenured employees. This position will be responsible for incorporating key principles of Adult Learning, understand the Learning needs, design, and deploy the learning solutions and measure the effectiveness through data. This position requires someone who will participate in strategic decision making in alignment with business goals as well as be responsible for driving results through their teams. Roles and Responsibilities: - Analyzing the business learning needs for the tenured employees, understand the technical learning landscape of the business. - Design and implement various initiatives, action plans to meet the business goals around the Learning programs. - Responsible for the management of curriculum design and development. Oversee curriculum design and development - Contribute to enhance the existing Technical Learning curriculum or program framework and drive the effectiveness of the program with the help of subject matter experts. - Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges. - Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and leadership team. - Apply project management skills, to drive projects to successful completion. Basic Qualification: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration. - Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning and development in a technology company. - Must have project management and leadership skills. - Ability to assess and track training effectiveness using metrics. - Must have influencing skills and the ability to lead a functional organization without direct authority. - Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
