Lead - US TAX - 1120 We are looking for Lead US Tax Compliance for Noida Sec 126, shift timing would be 2 PM-11 PM. - The candidate will be responsible for US forms 1120, 1120S assessments, and appeals to ensure all compliance, reporting, assessments. - One Source expert. - Timely compliance/ assessments related to Individual Federal and state and Notices. - Ability to multi-task and balance between competing priorities. - Preparation of tax computations for advance tax payment, Estimates, Extension for Federal and State. - Should have knowledge in Qualified Business Income Deductions (199A) and Foreign Tax Credits Form 1116 and perform computations. - Analysis of documents like bank/ financial statements, 1099's, FinCEN & tax supporting documents. - Research and consult on various tax matters; utilize tax-related software to review and process tax return and research tax matter. - Review audit/account files for tax points and identifying/advising on tax planning opportunities. - Experience in OneSource Products/ Go Systems. What You Need ? - Experience in US Direct tax 1120 compliance in the industry/company. preferred. - MBA, M.com, B.com, BBA Preferred Skills: - In-depth knowledge of US Corporate Tax Returns. - Candidate should have exposure to working with industry/ Company. - Good verbal and written business English communication skills. - US Regulatory Compliance experience is required. - Candidate should be open to learn and work on new things.
