Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple automation and AI programs across diverse industry verticals.

- This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, large-scale resource management, multi-project delivery expertise, and strong client relationship skills.

- You will oversee teams of 100+ members, manage both Time & Material and Fixed Bid engagements, and play a pivotal role in expanding our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership (RPA & AI):

- Serve as the delivery lead for RPA and AI programs, ensuring solutions align with client business goals and technical standards.

- Understand multiple RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI use cases.

- Provide guidance on solution design, architecture, and delivery approach in collaboration with technical leads.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in automation, AI, and intelligent workflows to drive innovation.

Resource & Capacity Management:

- Manage large-scale delivery teams (100+ members), ensuring optimal utilization, bench, and skill alignment.

- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling strategies to build high-performance delivery teams.

- Plan and execute allocation/deallocation of resources across projects to balance workloads and maximize productivity.

- Maintain accurate skill inventories to support proactive staffing and career development plans.

Delivery & Program Management:

- Lead delivery of multiple concurrent projects with varying sizes, complexity, and commercial models.

- Manage both Time & Material and Fixed Bid engagements, ensuring profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.

- Define delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs; monitor performance against them.

- Implement risk management, change control, and escalation processes for smooth program execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solution delivery.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the senior delivery interface for key clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, collaborating with sales/pre-sales teams, and delivering customer success.

- Conduct regular client governance meetings, presenting project updates, ROI metrics, and improvement recommendations.

- Manage executive stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 12+ years of IT delivery experience, including at least 5 years in RPA, AI, or Intelligent Automation programs.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale teams (100+ people) and delivering enterprise-grade projects.

- Strong understanding of multiple RPA tools and AI/ML technologies.

- Experience in managing multi-project delivery with diverse commercial models (T&M and Fixed Bid).

- Exceptional stakeholder management and account growth skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
