Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of AI/ GenAI projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, as well as liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide consulting on best practices. The role also requires strong leadership to guide the team through complex problem-solving and project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the delivery of AI, GenAI, and related projects from initiation through to successful closure.

- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders.

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert consulting, and ensure project alignment with expectations.

- Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and resolving challenges.

- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in a reputed IT services company.

- Demonstrable expertise in managing AI/ML and GenAI projects.

- Preferably experienced in managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.

- Strong program and delivery management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any related field.

- Must be based in Bengaluru and willing to work on-site.
