Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in drafting scope of work, preparing Engagement Letters (ELs), and supporting finance operations for our India office.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and finalize scope of work and Engagement Letters (ELs) in alignment with organizational and client requirements.

- Support client onboarding by ensuring all financial agreements and documentation are accurate and compliant.

- Assist in financial structuring, reporting, and compliance-related activities.

- Liaise with internal teams and senior management to prepare documentation for new and existing mandates.

- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, taxation norms, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, and other documentation required for decision-making.

- Support audits, internal controls, and risk management processes.

- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for end-to-end documentation and approvals.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (fresh CAs can apply).

- Strong knowledge of Engagement Letters, scope drafting, and financial documentation.

- Excellent understanding of Indian taxation, compliance, and accounting standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
